To give honour to the moment, Para Military and Police Forces will march past the central vista from Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar’s statue to Mahatma Mandir, in Gandhinagar, and return along with colourful tableaux depicting various facets of Gujarat’s growth story. Accompanied by the bands from different districts and schools, it will be a show to watch and take pride in. From the same venue, Chief Minister Narendra Modi will flag off a huge torch rally “Mashaal Sarghas” too. |

The beauty of the show is it is performed by common people, over 5,000 amateur artists, rehearsing hard since more than a month. It is a blend of people’s celebration and professional guidance. |
