Dignitaries to grace the occasion will include Dr. Varesh Sinha, Chief Secretary, Government of Gujarat, Dr. Hasmukh Adhia, Additional Chief Secretary - Finance, Government of Gujarat and Shri Hari Sankaran, VC & MD, IL&FS.
