इस अवसर पर अपने सम्बोधन में प्रधानमंत्री ने श्री सुभाष चंद्रा को समाज के कमजोर वर्गों के लिए सदैव तत्पर रहने वाली शख्सियत करार दिया। प्रधानमंत्री ने श्री सुभाष चंद्रा के साथ हुई पिछली मुलाकातों से जुड़े कुछ किस्सों को भी याद किया। .
